For insured cars involved in a traffic accident, we would take your car to your insurer’s preferred mechanic workshop for repair. Otherwise, we can take your car to a location of your choosing. 

We understand that you might be under a lot of stress when you need to get your car towed, so we won’t ask you to decide immediately. If you don’t have anywhere to take your car or your insurer’s mechanic garage is closed, we offer storage in a secured holding yard. 

Of course, we can! Our top-grade tow trucks are all fitted with a second hitch to safely carry your car on top while towing your trailer or other towage behind us. 

If you have been involved in a traffic accident and your car and trailer have been damaged, we will need to assess both to ensure it's safe to tow them. We operate by strict health and safety regulations to make sure we are keeping you safe so we will never take on a job we think could endanger you or other road users.

Every vehicle is different and our team know exactly how to ensure each car or vehicle rides on its own suspension, protecting it from any potential damage that could happen along the way.
